For the slot perpendicularity I've measured points in the slots (regular vector points) at two levels, constructed scans, constructed points from those scans and created a line to measure perpendularity. Did that with both slots and have results of 0.001 & 0.000. It just seems suspiciously small. Web13 feb. 2012 · our older cmm would let me measure a slot (think keyway) as a feature. our new cmm, running Mcosmos, will only allow basic elements , line , circle, plane, cone , cylinder, sphere . getting aligned is not a problem , i can get to all the print datums. trying to avoid doing two circles and two lines for each slot
